Directing of the L&D department, plus CMMI audits, rolling out of the Skill matrix, implementing Training Need Analytics, and also managing the LMS platform. New and existing employees are trained through coordinating with Training and Process and Talent Acquisition departments. The records, such as Training records, Training Calendar, Training needs documents, Training Statistics as well as accounts, were maintained as government projects were led for the company’s business development. The company profile was indeed empanelled at that time. This was done between different State Governments.
